Elston is an outstanding Chardonnay grown at Te Mata Estate's Oldest Vineyards above the winery. Light golden colour with intense fresh pineapple and peach characters combining with lemon, oatmeal, cream and vanilla notes. It is a rich, complex wine balanced with fresh acidity, leading to a long finish. Fermentation and maturation in new and seasoned French oak barrels for eleven months.
