Torres Brut is made in the Curicó Valley with Pinot Noir, using the 'Méthode Traditionelle'. The presence of pre-phylloxera vines in this Chilean viticultural paradise allows for the creation of a uniquely distinctive Brut, in the style of those made by the, now sadly vanished, European vineyards of 18th and 19th centuries.
