This wine is sourced entirely from the Jean León Pago vineyard in Penedès.Made from 100% Chardonnay, 60% of the wine has been fermented in small French barriques and then aged on its lees for 6 months, lending vanilla, toast and toffee character to the acacia aromas and full apricot fruit.
