This Douro red wines was produced exclusively with grapes grown at the famous Qunta De Roriz. The wine is aged in French oak barrels and subsequently in bottle, prior ro release. It is ready to drink now, but will continue to benefit from some further bottle ageing (between one to two years). To appreciate fully, we recommend that you allow it to breathe for an hour or so before serving and that the wine be served at between 16 and 17°C (60-62° Fahrenheit).
