This southern appellation is on the Cote Chalonnaise, and planted entirely with chardonnay. Not well known as yet, it deserves attention for its fresh, mineral white wines. Bouchard passes on all its expertise to the growers and ensures that the grape selection conforms to its requirements. 70% of the blend is aged in oak.
