Maison Bouchard Père et Fils is one of the oldest Burgundy producers and vineyard owners in the Côte d'Or and was established in 1791. In 1995 the company was bought by Joseph Henriot, whose family had been growers and producers of Champagne for 200 years. Joseph's philosophy has been to produce only the very finest Burgundies and under his ownership the quality of the wines has improved immensely in his efforts to create the purest expressions of the many terroirs of Burgundy.
