Established in 1820, the Symington Family bought this famous Port House from the Graham family in 1970. The grapes come from Quinta dos Malvedos and another four of the finest vineyards in the Upper Douro valley and they underpin the quality of these Ports. State of the art wine making technology has been installed in the Malvedos winery and meticulous blending ensures that this house maintains its reputation for being among the highest tier producers. Recent vintages have received wide acclaim in both the wine press and trade and ensure the continuity of Graham's reputation for making the very fullest and powerful Vintage Ports, such as the monumental 1927, 1945 and 1948 vintages.
