In 949 AD, when the owner of Villa Ponciago gave his vineyard to the Abbaye de Cluny, his ambition was to save his soul. Today in Fleurie more than 1,000 years later, the ambition of this Domaine is to rediscover the soul of this terroir, with its prestigious past. Since the Spring of 2008, the ambition of all those who have been involved in this wonderful renaissance, is to bring to life the great wines of the Fleurie Cru's terroir: authentic wines that are both delicious and subtle.
